Report a Claim
When a claim occurs we recommend speaking to your insurance broker prior to reporting the claim to your insurance company, whenever possible. Your broker can best advise you as to the appropriate steps to be taken and how the claims process will work. However, since claims do not always happen during business hours and you may not be able to contact your broker at the office or at their home number, we have provided below a list of our insurance companies offering 24 hour claims service for emergencies and/or major loss situations. It is helpful to have your policy number ready when calling.
